Appointments:

1st Visit:

  • Obtain medical history and physical exam.
  • Determine current weight/Body Mass Index (BMI), Blood pressure.
  • Obtain lab work: Complete blood count, lipid profile and thyroid profile.
  • Establish individual goals and set realistic expectations for weight loss.
  • Recommend medication regimen.

2nd visit:

  • Current Weight/BMI/Blood Pressure
  • Review laboratory values & results.
  • Address current status, check calorie/exercise regimen.
  • Make recommendations, add additional medications if needed.

Adipex Tablets (phentermine) 37.5 mg

Diet-H tablets (diethylpropion): 75 mg
FDA approved medication used to help suppress/curb hunger.

Hydro tablets (HCTZ)
Diuretic medication used to eliminate excess water weight and fluid.

THX tablets (thyroxine)
Medication used to help regulate/increase overall body metabolism

LipoThin Injection
